Namla bootcamps

A Namla bootcamp is an immersive team-based experience with fast ethnography and design.
In a weeks’ time, the process allows organisations as well as participants to gain an experience in negotiating, nuancing, and yet producing effective solutions, for wicked problems.

The experience provides a taste of what working as a social scientist or designer in a multidisciplinary team is like. The bootcamp participants are sent to the field with a question (ie. why is process X or product Y not working?). They do research using anthropological methods, and then translate the insights from that research, with the iterative processes that have been developed in (human centered) design, into recommendations and solutions for the stakeholder.
